1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the a177 platform (accessible at a177.club and all associated subdomains and services), you ("the User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the a177 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the a177 platform. a177 reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

a177 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at a177's discretion following investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of a177 services, you must register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) a177 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• Maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your a177 account.
• Notify a177 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

a177 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (KYC) from any user at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or withdrawal delay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on a177 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Availability of specific methods may vary.
• Deposits from JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your a177 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) hour during standard banking hours.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where KYC verification is required.
• a177 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own charges, for which a177 bears no responsibility.
• All funds deposited to a177 must be from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• a177 reserves the right to apply additional KYC verification procedures for withdrawals above threshold amounts determined at a177's discretion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

a177 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of the offer. a177 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, deposit bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times on eligible games before a withdrawal request can include those funds.
• a177 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, account duplication, or any other form of abuse.
• One bonus offer per household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on a177 are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the a177 system, it is final and cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled unless a177 explicitly permits it under specific promotional or error-correction circumstances.
• a177 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrect odds, technical malfunction, or erroneous game result caused by a platform error.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a live game or bet, a177's server records will be the definitive record of the game state at the time of interruption. a177 is not liable for losses caused by player-side connectivity issues.
• All PSL cricket betting, live casino results, and slot game outcomes are governed by the rules of the applicable game provider. The a177 platform acts as the distribution interface and the game provider's rules take precedence in all disputes regarding game outcomes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on a177 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating multiple a177 accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the a177 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using a177 as a conduit to process funds of illicit origin.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the a177 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to a177 support immediately.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or any subsequent verification process.

All content on the a177 platform – including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations – is the property of a177 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the a177 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the a177 platform without prior written consent from a177.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a177 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the a177 platform or any of its services.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in the a177 platform not caused directly by a177's gross negligence.
• Losses arising from bets or gaming sessions conducted in violation of these Terms.
• Any changes to the platform, service, or these Terms made in accordance with this agreement.

The a177 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permissible under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

a177 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to assist players in maintaining control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may set notifications to alert them when they have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for gaming or betting purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the a177 platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

11. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your a177 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure request, a177 will:

• Process any pending withdrawal of your available balance, subject to standard KYC and verification procedures.
• Retain transaction records and account data as required by applicable data retention obligations.
• Prevent any further access to the account once closure is confirmed.

a177 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice where a177 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any activity that poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to a177 or its players.

12. Amendments to These Terms

a177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the a177 platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the a177 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which a177 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to a177's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. a177 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of formal notification.

Users agree that any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Users remain responsible for compliance with applicable local laws in their own jurisdiction, including Pakistani laws relating to online gaming and financial transactions.
